Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 用水センターよりクリーンベンチへ無菌水を供給する配
    管１と、クリーンベンチへ供給された無菌水の一部を回
    収して用水センターへ返送する配管５の間に外圧濾過式
    の限外濾過モジュール２を設け、該モジュールの原水入
    口を供給配管に設けられた支管３に接続し、かつ酒液出
    口を回収配管に設けられた支管４に接続するとともに、
    該回収配管に設けられた支管にハルプロを介してｐ液出
    口管７を連結したことを特徴とする無菌水供給装置。
