本発明は、汚濁水処理におりる汚濁拡散防止方法に関す

従来汚濁拡散防止方法としては種々の方法が提案されて
いる。その一つの方法が一枚の辿鹸膜で汚濁発生箇所を
囲繞する方法である。しかしながらかかる方法は可及、
的に密閉状Jルとするため、汚濁水の処理量が多くなる
とシート膜下部と水底との僅かな間隙部より汚濁水が勢
い良く外部に流出するため、流出した汚濁水は流速が速
くなって拡散速度を速める結果となり所期の目的が達成
できない欠点がある。また他の方法として垂下テールを
それぞれ間隙を設けて連設してなる処理方法が提案され
ている。この方法は汚濁水の処理量が増大しても隣接す
る垂下テール間に間隙を設は且つ垂下テール下部と水底
部迄に充分な間隔があるために前記のような欠点もなく
