本発明は、水流がある水路、河川等における汚濁水の除濁方法に関する。 TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for removing turbid water in waterways, rivers, etc., where water flows.
従来、汚濁水の除濁方法については、種々の方法が提案されている。特に代表的なものとしては、フロートに垂下膜を設けた水流傾斜板を連設したものが知られている。そしてこれら水流傾斜板を種々の形態に展張することが提案されている。例えば水流傾斜板を水流に対して、対向して展張したり、また水流に対して斜めに展張したりして処理を行なっている。また水流傾斜板を井に連続して設ける方法も知られている。 Conventionally, various methods have been proposed as methods for removing turbidity from polluted water. しかしながら、前記水流傾斜板を従来知られた展張方法によって汚濁水を処理した場合、水流が穏やかな時には所期の目的を達成することはできるが、水流の流速が速くなると、垂下膜の吹き上がり現象が生起するようになり、除濁能力が低下する傾向があった。
そこで本発明者は、水流の流速が速くなっても水流傾斜板の除濁能力を低下させることのない、展張方法について種々研究を重ねた結果本発明を完成するに至った。

次に本発明を図面を参照しながら説明する。
図1に示すように、水流傾斜板1は、略円筒型の長方形のフロート2の下部に垂下膜3を設け、前記フロート2の両端部に連結具4を設けてなるものである。垂下膜3の下端部5には重錘を設けることが好ましい(図示せず)。
本発明は、前記水流傾斜板1を用い、図2に示すように、ジグザク状に連設し、かつ図3に示すように、隣接するジグザク状水流傾斜板6との間に間隔Hを設けて多重展張する。
またジグザク状水流傾斜板6の他の展張方法としては図4に示すように対称形となるように展張することもできる。さらに他の態様として図5に示すように、隣接するジグザク状水流傾斜板6に比して前後にずらせて設置することもできる。
さらに図6に示すように、ジグザグ状水流傾斜板6の上流側に流れを横断するように水流傾斜板1を直線状に連設した水流傾斜板7の下流側に、隣接するジグザク状水流傾斜板6との間に間隔を設けて多重展張することもできる。また図7に示すように、ジグザグ状水流傾斜板6の上流側に流れを横断するように水流傾斜板1をV字状に連設した水流傾斜板7を設置することもできる。
このように流れを横断するように水流傾斜板1を設けることによって、水流の流速を弱めると共に、整流化を行うことができるので除濁効果が一層向上する。

本発明のジグザク状水流傾斜板6を構成する時に、その一辺は水流傾斜板1を目的に応じて1個以上連結して構成することができる。ジグザグ状水流傾斜板の角部の角度αは70~170°、好ましくは90~150°であることが好ましい。
また隣接するジグザグ状水流傾斜板6との間隔Hは、水流の流速にもよるが、一般的に1~20m設けることによって水流の干渉現象および除濁効率が上がるので好ましい。
さらに本発明の除濁方法は特に水流の流速が0.5~1.5m/Sの場合にも卓越した効果を有する。
