本発明に係る孔あきパネルの製造方法では、パネルの一

成する方法が開示され、この方法によって突条による立
体模様と突条に切り込まれるスリットが組み合せられた
複雑な形状のパターンが得られ、また突条へのスリツト
の切り込みがカッターを用いて簡単に行なえる本発明を
以下図に示す実施例に基いて詳述する。パネル(1)と
しては木質単板を積層して得られる積層材が用いられ、
この積層材にプレス加工を施すことにより、下面がわが
凹所となった互いに平行な二条の突条t21を上面がわ
に突出させる。突条t21の成形後は、第2図に示すよ
うに、このパネル(])を突条(2ンの長手方向と直交
する方向にコンベアなどで移動させ、この移動中にパネ
ルfl+の上方に配したカッター(4)で突条(2)の
一部を切削し、各突条121に一方向に沿ったスリット
(3)をカッター(4)の枚数に応じた数作り出す。こ
のようにして得られた孔あきパネルは壁面等を仕上げる
音響パネルとして使用され、突条(2)による表面の凹
凸に加えて突条(2)に設けたスリット(3)の作用に
よって音響効果を発揮する。尚、上記実施例では固定位
置に配したカッター(4)に対してパネルを移動させて
スリット(3)を形成した例を示したが、勿論、この逆
に定位置にあるパネルに対してカッターを移動させても
