    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダヘッドに形成されたアッパチャンバ部と、金属
    リングを焼嵌めされ、前記アッパチャンバ部に挿入され
    るセラミック製ロアチャンバ部材とから副燃焼室を形成
    し、該副燃焼室は前記セラミック製ロアチャンバ部材に
    設けられた噴孔を介゛　　　して主燃焼室と連絡された
    副燃焼室付ディーゼル機関におし、１て、前記噴孔に沿
    って、副燃焼室から主燃焼室に向かう方向で、前記金属
    リングの端面の一部に主燃焼室に対して突出する凸部を
    設けるとともに、該凸部に隣接上で凹部を形成したこと
    を特徴とする副燃焼室付ディーゼル機関。
