図、第４図は空気層に補強部材を設けた場合のホットプ
ラグの底面、第５図はこの考案の他の実施例を示す要部
の断面図、第６図は第５図のホットプラグの底面図であ
る。 図中、１はホットプラグ、２はつば部、３は噴口、４は
シリンダヘッド、５は凹孔、６は渦流室、８は主燃焼室
、１２は空気層である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 、　　　主燃焼室と連通ずる噴口が形成されシリンダヘ
    ッドとともに渦流室を形成し前記シリンダヘッドに嵌着
    されたディーゼルエンジンのホットプラクにおいて、前
    記ホットプラグの主燃焼室と反対側のつば部の所要位置
    に溝状の空気層を設けたことを特徴とするホットプラグ
    。
