を出力とするレギュレータ回路と、このレギュレータ回
路の出力電圧を上記コンデンサの他端に接続してこのコ
ンデンサを充電し又はこのコンデンサの充電電荷を放電
するためのスイッチと、このスイッチの切換を制御する
交流発振器とを有し、入力信号により上記設定電圧又は
上記交流発振器の出力周波数を変化させることを特徴と
