タが導通して前記電源電圧出力端子に電源電圧を出力す
るとともに、該電源電圧の出力により動作する前記電源
電圧出力端子に接続される電気的処理回路から前記電力
供給維持信号入力端子に電力供給維持信号を出力して前
記第1のトランジスタの導通状態を維持し、しかる後前
記電力供給維持信号入力端子への電力供給維持信号の供
給がなくなることによって、前記第1のトランジスタが
