第１図は、本考案になるピンチバルブの１実施例の縦断
面図、第２図は、チューブ８の中央部がひさがれた状態
の断面図。第３図は、圧力導入孔１９への圧力制御の回
路図。第４図は、圧力導入孔１９へ高低の圧力を導入す
る場合の回路の１例の回路図。第５図は、チューブ８の
中央部を偏平にしたものの図面である。 １は本体、２は内孔、３はピストン室、４はシリンダ室
、５はピストン、６はラム、７は、ばね、８はチューブ
、９は導孔、１１．１２はフランジ、１３．１４は接面
、１５は空間、１７はパツキン、１８は蓋、１９は圧力
導入孔、２５は補強金具、３０は液体、３８は内孔、５
０，５２は圧力制御弁、５１は電磁切替弁、５５は入口
ポート、５６は出口ポート、５７はポートである。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）本体１を貫通して内孔２を設け、内孔２の上方に
    ピストン室３を設け、ピストン室３の上方に、シリンダ
    室４を設け、シリンダ室４、ピストン室３にそれぞれ装
    着され、且つ、お互いに連設され、且つ、上下にしゆう
    動自在になされた、ピストン５、ラム６を設け、ピスト
    ン５、ラム６は、ばね７によって常時は、上方にいちす
    るようにする。 本体１の内孔２には、チューブ８を装着し、チューブ８
    の左右端は、内孔２に、圧力が作用した場合本体１と、
    チューブ８の間から漏れないように固着または、圧接す
    る。 ピストン室３は、内孔２とチューブ８の間に存在する空
    間と、連通ずるようになしておく。 このような構成において、前記空間およびラム６の下方
    のピストン室３に、液体３０や充填し、ピストン５の上
    方に流体圧力を作用せしめるよう構成したことを特徴と
    するピンチバルブ。
  2. （２）チューブ８の左右端部に補強材２５を設けたこと
    を特徴とする第１項記載のピンチバルブ。
  3. （３）チューブ８の中央部を、偏平状ないし楕円状とし
    たことを特徴とする第１項記載のピンチバルブ。
  4. （４）圧力導入項１９に高低複数の圧力を供給して、流
    体の開閉制御をおこなうことを特徴とする第１項記載の
    ピンチバルブ。
