Abstract

PURPOSE:To wind a web reliably with high speed without causing deformation by winding the web with low tension approximately 70% of basic tension during initial winding stage. CONSTITUTION:During initial winding stage, the web is wound with low tension lower than 70% of basic tension thereafter wound with recovered tension. Consequently, frictional force to be applied between the webs is reduced during initial winding stage to release tightness between the webs thus to make them slidable and to absorb the distorsion of web gradually. As a result, such web as that for photographic film which is subjected to bad influence onto the characteristic through contact can be wound reliably with high speed without causing deformation such as rumples.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] This invention 8A is used for winding relatively wide webs whose properties are adversely affected by contact, such as photographic film webs, at high speed. This relates to a winding force method for IC webs.

Generally, as a method for winding a relatively wide web having a total width of 1WL or more at high speed, a surface roll winding method or a touch roll winding method is used. However, in all of these methods, the entire second side of the web is pressed by a roll, so if the web is a photographic film with a photosensitive agent layer on its surface, the pressure caused by the pressure of the rolls may Failures such as fog, pusher failure such as desensitization phenomenon, or static failure due to generation of static electricity occur (7) cannot be applied. Therefore, in order to achieve high-speed winding of such a web, It is necessary to use all methods of winding the web while applying high tension to it.

However, this high-tension winding method has the problem that high tension acts on the web, causing deformations such as tsuns and wrinkles in the web, resulting in 1'f' tangles. In other words, in the early stage of web winding, it is difficult to set the third spinner in a completely accurate position with respect to the web winding core, resulting in distortion due to misalignment. As the disease progresses, it gradually accumulates and becomes noticeable,
The road causes localized deformations such as burrs. Furthermore, this local deformation spreads to the subsequent web, causing a fairly wide range of deformation such as wrinkles, resulting in a significant deterioration in the quality of the web.

The features of this invention are the wide weso'fr,
8.1. The method for winding a web at cylinder speed is to wind the web at a low winding tension of 70% or less of the basic winding tension during the initial period of web winding, and then to restore the winding tension. Place it at the point where it will be rolled up.

Here, the basic winding tension refers to the Chi-Se tension winding method, which is commonly used as a web winding method using high tension.
As shown in Figure 1, the winding tension gradually increases linearly as the diameter of the roll formed by the wound web (hereinafter referred to as the "web roll diameter") increases. Refers to the tension at the start of one winding (indicated by the symbol r'r'IJ in the figure) in the method of lowering. In addition, the winding tension T to be applied to the web in the Chi-Zo tension winding method [X is hereinafter referred to as "Chi A winding tension".

(3) Third stage During the period P5 from the end of the second stage to the end of web winding, the entire web winding is continued using a commonly used high speed winding method. As the high-speed winding method, there are various methods such as Qi-ξ tension winding method, constant tension winding method, constant torque winding method, etc., so it can be selected as appropriate depending on the wA of the web, etc. A tension winding method is preferred. Therefore, the frictional force (yt between the friction coefficient and the drag force) acting between the webs becomes smaller. As a result, the adhesion between the webs being wound is relaxed, allowing them to slide or jam against each other, and distortion of the web caused, for example, by incorrect setting on the winding core, can cause subsequent glue nibs to It is believed that minute shifts in the surface of the fabric will be gradually absorbed, leading to deformations such as wrinkles and wrinkles.

In this way, the distortion of the web at the initial stage of winding is corrected in the first stage, and furthermore, in the second and third stages after the web roll diameter has been adjusted to a certain size, the distortion of the web is corrected. Using a basic tension winding method or the like, the web can be wound stably and at high speed using a basic tension or a high tension similar to this.
