Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. クリーンルーム内に配設したレール装置と、このレール
    装置に支持案内される荷搬送用の自走台車と、前記レー
    ル装置に取付けた給電レールと１、　　この給電レール
    に摺接すべく前記自走台車に取付けた集電子とからなる
    クリーンルーム内の荷搬送設備において、走行経路の適
    所にレール装置の平行部を設け、この平行部に、両レー
    ル装置間で自走台車を移動させる分岐合流装置を設け、
    この分岐合流装置は平行方向である横方向に移動自在な
    °□　　　可動レールを有し、この可動レールと両レー
    ル装置と゛の相対向する接続端面を走行経路方向に対し
    て傾斜して形成したことを特徴とするクリーンルーム内
    の荷搬送設備。
