    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定部に設置され、ワークのワークリードが接触する複
    数本の測定用接点を植設した測定用ソケットと、この測
    定用ソケットの上方でワークを挾持して昇降するレール
    とガイド屋根とを有するＩＣハンドラの測定部の接触機
    構において、測定用接点の直上のガイド屋根の下面に、
    ワークリード押圧用の不良導体製の突状物を配設してな
    ることを特徴とするＩＣハンドラの測定部の接触機構。
