CONSTITUTION:A sheet is formed by extruding a material obtained by loading (example; resin : synthetic resin =30:70-40:60 at a weight ratio) synthetic resin to a synthetic resin-rich part (example; resin : synthetic resin =40:60-50:50), obtained by grinding a waste carpet material and separating the same from a fiber-rich part, by a die having no filtering screen.

繊維は合成樹脂を補強し得るのである。
