ラミックヒータ一本体部の外表面に前記発熱体と導通ず
るリード端子鑞付部を設けて、該リード端子鑞付部に所
定のリード端子を銀を含む鑞材により鑞材固定し、さら
に該リード端子を固定してなる鑞材の表面に、銀以外の
金属の無電解メッキ層よりなる被覆層を設けたことを特
徴とする加熱器付酸素濃度検出器。
