Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定子の変位量を位相変調信号の位相変化から読み取る
    測尺装置において、上記位相変調信号の信号レベルを検
    出するためのピーク・ホールド回路と、上記位相変調信
    号を波形整形することによって得られる信号の立上りの
    タイミングで上記ピーク・ホールド回路をリセットする
    リセット回路と、上記位相変調信号の周期の後半におい
    て検出されるピーク値と基準レベルを比較するためのレ
    ベル比較器と、位相変調信号の信号レベルが基準レベル
    より低下した時に警報パルスを発生する論理回路とを備
    えたことを特徴とする測尺装置の警報回路。
