    極性反転して出力する反転電圧出力回路と、該直流発電
    機電圧を出力する電圧出力回路と、該直流発電機電圧の
    極性を論理信号に変換出力する極性検出回路と、前記反
    転電圧出力回路または電圧出力回路の出力電圧がほぼ零
    のときにパルスを出力する零パルス回路と、該零パルス
    回路出力と前記極性検出回路出力から前記反転電圧出力
    回路または電圧出力回路のいずれか一方を動作させる選
    択回路とを備えてなる直流速度発電根回
