Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）上向流固液流動床式排水濾過装置において、原水
    供給装置と流動床入口とを結ぶ管路に負荷圧調整装置を
    有する排水濾過装置。
  2. （２）　　前記負荷圧調整装置が、前記管路の分岐流路
    に設は所定ヘッドを有するオーバーフロー堰である登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の排水濾過装置。
  3. （３）前記負荷圧調整装置が、前記管路内に設けた可変
    しぼり弁とこの弁に前置した分岐流路に設は所定ヘッド
    を有するオーバーフロー堰から成る登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の排水濾過装置。
  4. （４）前記オーバーフロー堰は、高さ調節可能な堰板を
    備える登録請求の範囲第２項記載の排水処理装置。
  5. （５）前記負荷圧調整装置が前記管路の分岐流路に配設
    した圧力制御弁であり、該分岐流路は該圧−制御弁に前
    置して該管路に配設され、該圧力制御弁は該圧力制御弁
    に後置して該管路に配設した圧力検出装置により制御さ
    れる登録請求の範囲第１項記載の排水濾過装置。
  6. （６）前記負荷圧調整装置が、前記管路上に圧力制御弁
    に後置された圧力検出器によって制御される圧力制御弁
    である登録請求の範囲第１項記載の排水濾過装置。
