Detailed Description of the Invention This invention involves placing a hardened block on a base, supplying an uneven pattern molding material such as mortar onto it, and lowering the upper mold with an uneven pattern formed on the lower surface. Alternatively, the base is raised and pressed to form an uneven pattern on the surface of the material on the hardened block, and the excess moisture of the molding material is absorbed into the hardened block, and the upper mold is raised or the base is raised. The present invention relates to a method for forming a concavo-convex pattern on a block, which is characterized by forming an upper mold material by lowering it and peeling it off from the shape part.

The attached drawings, Figures 1 to 3, show the process of forming the uneven pattern on the block. 1 is the base, 2 is the side frame mounted on the base 1 so that it can move freely, and 2a is the side frame 2. An elastic lining made of rubber or the like is attached from the top surface to the inner surface, 3 is a hardened block placed on the base 1 with the side facing up, 4 is an unevenness of mortar etc. supplied on top of the hardened block 3 The pattern forming material 5 is an upper mold having an uneven pattern on the lower surface attached to the lower end of the ram head 7 of the press ram 8, and 6 is a vertically movable frame mounted on the upper mold 5 surrounding the upper ms so as to be vertically movable.

First, from the state shown in the first figure, the cured block 3 is moved forward to the inner side of the side frame 2.2 and the side frame perpendicular to the side frame 2.2 (not shown) to clamp the cured block 3, and then the vertically movable frame 6 is lowered. When the shed 5 is lowered with its lower end protruding from the lower surface of the upper mold 5 and the molding material 4 is pressed, the molding material 4 spreads over the hardened block 3 and its upper surface is flush with the lower surface of the upper mold 5. As the uneven pattern is formed, excess water is absorbed into the cured block 3, forming a surface layer 4' that is in close contact with the cured block 3, resulting in the state shown in the second figure. Next, the vertical movable frame 6 is raised to peel off the side surface of the surface layer 4', and the upper mold 5 is raised to peel off the top surface, and then the side frames 2, 2 and the side frames perpendicular thereto are retreated. This will result in the state shown in the third figure. At this point, slide the base 1 or the top 3j15 to the side to remove the surface layer 4'.
Take out the hardened block 3 that has been solidified, place the next hardened block 3 on the base 1, supply the molding material on top of it, and slide the base 1 or the shed 5 sideways. When the cured block 3 is positioned directly under the upper mold 5, it becomes the state shown in the first figure, and the above-described operations can be repeated to continuously form the block into a concavo-convex pattern.

In the above embodiment, the side frame (not shown) disposed perpendicularly to the side frame 2.2 is not necessarily necessary, and either one of the illustrated side frames 2.2 may be fixed to the base 1. Then, the cured block 3 may be placed on the base 1 (1) in contact with a fixed side frame 2, and the cured block 3 may be clamped by moving it forward to the inside of the other side frame 2. Also, the upper mold or base does not need to be slid sideways.

Figure 4 shows an example of a standard type flock made by the above molding method, and Figure S shows an example of a corner block. A gap is provided, and the molding material is also provided in this gap. Note that the side frame 2 used has an uneven pattern.

The reason why the side frame 2 is provided with an elastic lining is to cope with dimensional errors in the cured block, and an elastic sheet such as a rubber plate is fixed onto the base 1.

If a hardened block is placed on top of this and compression molded, the pressing force from the upper die 5 will be uniformly distributed, and the low compression hardened block will not be easily damaged.

In this invention, a commercially available concrete block can be used as the hardened block, and other baked blocks can also be used. Further, the block may be a perforated block or a non-perforated block. That is, the uneven pattern can also be provided on the side surface of ceramic bricks or cement bricks.

In addition, mortar, mortar mixed with a coloring agent, Toguchi heat rapid hardening cement (manufactured by Osaka Cement Co., Ltd. or Cormix Co., Ltd.) or a mixture of this with a coloring agent can be used as the material for forming the uneven pattern. When a heat-curing cement is used, it can be cured by heat curing at 70° C. for about 30 minutes after molding or by humidified heat curing. Further, a synthetic resin template made of urethane resin or the like having an uneven pattern may be detachably attached to the shed. In addition, if the cured block has a high water absorbency and the moisture of the molding material supplied thereon is rapidly absorbed, the moisture content may be adjusted by spraying water or the like.
