The decorative portion 17 is formed by a flat plate 4 with a pattern formed in advance using a sheet molding compound or the like, but when molding this floor pan 6, the existing floor pan molding mold 2 shown in FIG. It is being used as is. That is, the patterned flat plate 4 is placed on the uneven portion 1 of the floor pan mold 2, and then the sheet molding compound 5 is placed on the grout and other parts of the floor pan mold 2. Then, by heating and pressurizing and molding, it is possible to mold the floor pan 6 in which the patterned flat plate 4 is embedded in the surface of the washing area 13 of the floor pan 6 using the cured product of the sheet molding compound 5. be. However, when heating and pressure molding is performed with the patterned flat plate 4 placed on the uneven portion 1 using the conventionally used floor pan forming mold 2, the patterned flat plate 4 forms the uneven portion. There was a problem in that there was a risk that cracks would occur due to pressure contact with the patterned flat plate 4, or that unevenness would be reflected on the patterned flat plate 4 and spoil the appearance.

In this way, as shown in FIG. 5, a molded product can be obtained in which the patterned flat plate 4 is embedded and integrated into the surface of the washing area 13 of the floor pan 6 which is formed by curing the sheet molding compound 5. At this time, since the bottom plate 3 is interposed between the uneven part 1 of the floor pan forming mold 2 and the patterned flat plate 4, the uneven part 1 acts on the patterned half plate 4 due to pressure during molding. This can be prevented by preventing cracks from occurring in the patterned flat plate 4 or from reflecting the unevenness of the uneven portion 1 on the surface of the patterned flat plate 4.

FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the invention, which is an improvement on the one shown in FIG. In other words, in the case of FIG. 1, the resin of the sheet molding compound 5 penetrates into the lower side of the patterned flat plate 4 from the edge thereof during molding, and the border between the decorative part 17 formed by the patterned flat plate 4 and its surrounding area in the floor pan 6. Although there is a risk that the lines may not be clear, the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 has improved this point. A protrusion 18 extends over the entire length at the end M of the patterned flat plate 4, and the patterned flat plate 4 is placed on the bottom plate 3 as shown in FIG. The lower end of the protrusion 18 is made to come into contact with the upper surface of the floor pan forming mold 2.
As shown in b), place the sheet molding compound 5 on the patterned flat plate 4 and other parts of the floor pan mold 2, and in this state, place the upper mold 2a on the floor pan mold 2. When the mold is clamped and heated and pressure molded, the protrusion 1 of the patterned flat plate 4
8 is in close contact with the upper surface of the floor pan mold 2 to prevent the resin of the sheet molding compound 5 from entering the lower side of the patterned flat plate 4, and to form a boundary between the decorative portion 17 formed by the patterned flat plate 4 and its surrounding area. This makes the lines clearer.

In FIG. 6, the uneven portion 1 provided on the floor pan forming mold 2 is formed by a linear protrusion 19.
is formed in a grid pattern. Among these protrusions 19, the protrusions 19 in the direction perpendicular to the drain groove forming part 12 are inclined so that the upper surface thereof becomes gradually higher toward the drain groove forming part 12 side, as shown in FIG. 6(I)). . The patterned flat plate 4 is also provided with lattice-shaped grooves 20 corresponding to the lattice-shaped protrusions 19 as shown in FIG. 7, and the ridges 19 as shown in FIG.
The patterned flat plate 4 is set in the floor pan forming mold 2 with the groove 20 fitted therein. Therefore, with this product, it is possible to position and accurately set the patterned flat plate 4 into the floor pan mold 2, and the patterned flat plate 4 does not slip and move due to the flow of resin during molding of the sheet molding compound 5. It ends with doing so. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, since the groove 20 is also sloped in accordance with the slope of the protrusion 19, the groove 20 can drain water from the washing area 13 of the floor pan 6. This groove 20 can both prevent slippage.

1. Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, a floor plate is laid on the uneven parts of a floor pan molding mold which has uneven parts on two sides for forming an uneven pattern, and a floor plate is placed on top of the uneven parts. At the same time as placing a patterned flat plate, sheet molding compound is placed on the upper surface of this patterned flat plate and the upper surface of other parts of the floor pan mold, and by molding in this state, a floor pan is molded with the sheet molding compound. Since the patterned flat plate is integrated into the surface of the floor pan, it is possible to perform molding with the bottom plate interposed between the irregularities of the floor pan mold and the patterned flat plate, making it possible to It can prevent the uneven parts from acting on the patterned flat plate due to pressure, and it is possible to prevent cracks from occurring on the patterned flat plate by using a floor pan forming mold that has uneven parts for forming the uneven pattern. Molding can be carried out without fear that the unevenness of the uneven portion will be reflected on the surface of the patterned flat plate.
