    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 偏平管２の内部に、幅方向に所定間隔をおいて配置され
    かつ長さ方向に伸びる多数の隔壁５と、隔壁５によって
    隔てられた並列状の冷媒通路６とが設けられ、偏平管２
    と直管部２そが相互に所定の通風間隙４をあけて平行状
    に配置され、各直管部２ａ間に冷媒通路６と直交状に風
    Ａが流される熱交換器において、直管部２ａの少なくと
    も風上側縁寄りの複数個の隔壁５に、隔壁５両側の冷媒
    ６同志を互いに連通ずる連通部７がそれぞれ設けられ、
    隣り合う隔壁５の連通部７のうち風上側の連通部７が風
    下側の連通部７に対して、冷媒の流れ方向Ｂを基準とし
    て、冷媒の一部を風下側の冷媒通路６より風上側の冷媒
    通路６内に順次移行し得る前方位置に配せられている熱
    交換器。
