    通路Ｃと直交状に風Ａが流される熱交換器において、 上記扁平管２の周壁２１および隔壁２２が金属板で形成
    され、かつ各隔壁２２に、隣り合う冷媒通路Ｃの連通部
    ２２ａが設けられるとともに、連通部２２ａに、冷媒の
    流れ方向Ｂを基準として、風上がわに向かって洗上りに
    傾斜したルーバ２２ｂが設けられている熱交換器。
