ファイバとを具えてなる光デバイスモジュールにおいて
、前記光デバイスを搭載する光デバイスホールダと、こ
の光デバイスホールダに接合されると共に前記光ファイ
バを固定する光ファイバホールダとを具えており、かつ
前記両ホールダは何れもその全部又は一部を磁性材料に
より形成し、もって少なくとも前記接合時に前記両ホー
2レダを磁化し磁力により相互吸着できるように構成し
