図中１はレーザーダイオードパッケージ、２はパッケー
ジベース、３ａ、３ｂは電極、４は保護用ガラス、５は
光ビーム、６は光ファイバ、７はロッドレンズ、８は球
レンズ、９は保持台、１０は保護ガラス、１１は半球形
突起である。なお図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符
