Claims (1)
するようにした光モジュールにおいて、前記光素子を中
央に孔を有したステム上に載置するとともに前ね光素子
と前記光ファイバとを前記孔内で前記立体導波路で光結
合し、かつ前記光ファイバと前記ステムとを接着剤で接
