    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. リム内周面に略等間隔の内歯を有するキャスター車輪と
    、このキャスター車輪を軸支するフレームと、このフレ
    ームに回動自在に設けられ所定角度の範囲内で揺動でき
    る揺動部材と、この揺動部材に固着されこの揺動部材の
    揺動に応じて前記キャスター車輪のリムの内歯に係合・
    脱係合が可能なロック・ピンと、前記フレーム″に支持
    され、前記揺動部材に、前記ロック・ピンと前記内歯の
    係゛　　　合位置およびミの係合位置がら所定だけ離れ
    た脱係合位置において力学的に安定するような力を付与
    するバネ部材とを備えた制動機構付キャスター〇
