、医薬、ウレタン等の合成原料として多くの用途がある
が、製造中または保存中に容易に着色することはよく知
られている。

酸、サルチル酸、クロル酢酸等の有機酸塩のいずれも使
用が可能である。ジエチルヒドロキシルアミンまたは/
およびその塩の使用量は芳香族アミンに対して0.00
1〜1%(重量/重量)の範囲が好ましい。本発明方法
は、芳香族アミン類の製造、保存および使用のいずれの
場合にも適用可能であり、本発明方法により芳香族アミ
ン類の着色が防止されるため、収率の向上、品質の維持
および向上等に箸効がある。
