Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）圧電基板の一主面上に所定の電極を配置した弾性
    表面波素子と、この電極の一部に設けられ且つ外部端子
    に接続するためのボンデングバラ、トを具備した弾性表
    面波装置において、前記電極は前記圧電基板の露出する
    開口を有し、且つこの開口部を覆い少なくとも一部が前
    記電極と電気的に接続されるボンディングバットを有す
    ることを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。
  2. （２）前記ホンディングバットの厚さは略５０００　Ａ
    乃至略１５０００　Ａであることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の弾性表面波装置。
