電子制御回路部側に接するボス部を内部に設けた合成樹
脂製の第１の外装ケースと、この第１の外装クースと嵌
合し、かつ前記印刷配線板の銅箔部側に接するようにボ
ス部を内部に設けた合成樹脂製の第２の外装ケースとを
備え、前記第２の外装ケースの内面およびボス部の表面
に導電性塗料を塗布した電気カーペット等のコントロー
