However, the construction materials obtained using this manufacturing method may be damaged after finishing the decorative surface or during construction.
Surface stains and scratches are likely to occur due to contact with other objects. Furthermore, construction materials also have the disadvantage of being susceptible to deformation such as warping due to changes in moisture content.

As a result, if the decorative surface is coated and protected with a resin film or the like after finishing, even if it comes into contact with other objects after finishing or during construction, the decorative surface will not be stained or scratched, and This invention was completed based on the prospect that warping and other deformations can be prevented at the same time.

The second gist is a method for manufacturing construction materials, which is characterized by applying a film-forming agent that can form a peelable film.
以下、これについて詳細に説明する。This will be explained in detail below.

As a film forming agent for forming such a film, an aqueous solution containing polyvinyl alcohol as a main component, which is called a "peelable sealer", is conveniently used, but is not limited thereto.

Synthetic resins need to be able to be applied to the surface of decorative materials in the form of a solution or paste, and to form a strong film when dried to protect the decorative surface from stains, scratches, etc. Moreover, it is necessary that the film can be easily peeled off when the decorative surface of the building material needs to be sanded, such as after construction. There are no particular limitations on the resin as long as it satisfies these requirements. Among synthetic resins, partially saponified products of polyvinyl alcohol and vinyl acetate are preferably used because they have excellent film strength necessary for covering and protecting decorative surfaces, and have good peelability.

Furthermore, since this film is not affected by changes in water content, deformation such as warping can be prevented. and,
When this film is peeled off, the decorative surface is immediately exposed.

Secondary processing such as attaching rice seeds was performed. The product was then packaged, shipped, opened, and used on the ceiling. After the construction was completed, we checked the decorative surface and found no dirt or scratches at all. Furthermore, no deformities such as anti-shiri were observed.
