記演算回路の出力を増幅する可変利得増幅器と、この可
変利得増幅器の出力が設定値以上あるときにリミッタ値
に制限する特性を持って上記速度・トルク制御系による
コイル励磁電流を制限するリミッタ付き増幅器とを備え
