路と、前記電圧制御可変利得増幅器の出力電圧の大きさ
を通信線に対する出力端部にて検出する電圧検出回路と
、前記電流検出回路お゛よび前記電圧検印回路の出力に
基づき見かけ上の内部インピーダンスが前記実内部イン
ピーダンスより大なる所定値となるよう前記電圧制御可
変利得回路の利得を制御する制御回路とを具備したこと
