Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は例えば競馬レースゲーム機のように、あらかじ
め提示された入賞佑果のいずれかを投票対象として選択
し、ゲーム１−ろ遊戯機の制御装置樅に四する。

凹装置６１の構成を示すブロック図である。投票対象の
選択は入力・装置１を遊技者が１・慴作することにより
行ない、そのデータは、ｉＡｌのメモリ２に保持されろ
−小２のメモリ３には払い戻し配当スケジュールが記憶
されており、必要に応じて判定処理回路４に読み収られ
ろ。表示器コントローラ５は第２のメモリ３に記憶され
ている払い戻し配当スケジュールを判定処理回路４乞介
して読み出し１表示斧６において払い戻し配当茅ケ入賞
結果ごとに表示する。判定処理回路４は、第１のメモリ
２に保持されている投票対象と遊技機の本体から与えら
れろゲーム結果のデータとにもとづいて、プレーされた
そのゲームの結果が当りであるか否かを判定する。そし
て、邑りであるときには牟２のメモリ３に記憶されてい
る払い戻し配当スケジュールにもとづいて出力装置７よ
りコイン等を払い戻″「。
このように従来装置は単一の払い戻し配当スケジュール
にもとづいてコイン等の払い戻しを行７よっているため
、短期的、中期的には遊戯権が１］分ちすぎたりあるい
は逆にプレーヤーが勝ちすぎたりｆろことかある。すな
わち、その遊ａ磯を設置してからある程度の時間が経過
し、数多くのプレーヤーによってゲームが様り返し実行
されたとぎはコイン等の払い戻し実績の平均は所定の配
当率に収束し、遊戯機の所有者（客に対し遊技機を提供
しプレーさせる者）に一定の利益ケ保障する。ところが
遊戯機を設置した当初、あるいは実行されたゲーム数が
少ないときにはコインの払い戻し実績の平均が所定の配
当率から大きくはずれ、遊戯機の所有者に損失を与えた
り、プレーヤの楽しみを著しく損ったりすることがある
。
ところで、遊戯機の所有者に対し、短期的、中期的にも
一定の利益乞保＋ｉ＝　ｆるための手段としては、当該
遊戯ａを設置してから払い戻し実績に応じて大きな当り
の出ろ確率を変えたり、あるいはプレーヤーの投票結、
未に対して当りが出ブよいように操作するものがある、
前者の手段は、例えば払い戻し率が３．５．　７．１０
．２０．４０倍の６種頓の投票対衣についてゲームすｍ
ｌ場合に、倍率が２０゜４０の投票対象について当りの
出ろ確率？従前の半分とし、これによって遊戯機の所イ
イ者に一定の利益を確保させようとｆろものである。後
者の手段は、例えばＡ、Ｂ、Ｃ，Ｄ、　Ｅ、Ｆの６種類
の投票対象についてゲーム丁７）場合て、プレーヤーが
Ｂに投票したときはＢが当りにな７−）確率乞以前の半
分とし、これによって遊賊澄の所有者に一定の利益を確
保させようとする。しかし、これらの手段はいずれも遊
戯機の公正な運営、公正なルールに反ｆる。
本発明は上述の点に越みてなされたもので、公正なルー
ルによって運営され、かつ短期的、中期的に遊戯機の所
有者に損失を与えたりプレーヤーの楽しみを損ったりて
ることのない遊戯玉（ヲの制御装置を提供することを目
的と−ｆろ。
上述の目的を実現するため本発明は、従来装置に複数の
払い戻し配当スケジュールを記憶ｆ７−、メモリと払い
戻し実績の合計乞記憶てるメモリと欠設げ、その遊戯機
における従前の払い戻し実績に応じていずれかの払い戻
しスケジュール乞遠択することのできる遊戯機の制御装
置を提供すと）ものである。
第２図および第３図を参照して本発明の一実施例化説明
する。第２図は本発明の一実／包例のブロック図で、第
１図と同一の要素は同一の符号で示す。第２のメモリ３
には４種類の払い戻し配当スケジュールｓ、、　Ｓｘ＋
　Ｓｏｌ　８４を記憶させ、判定処理回路４によって必
−要に応じて読み出せろように−ｆる。また、従前の払
い戻し実績の合計を配慮する第３のメモリ８乞設ける。
第３図を参照して第２図に示す一実施例の動作？説明す
る。第３図は第２図に示す第２のメモリ３の記憶内容を
説明する図である。払い戻し配当スケジュールにはＳ１
〜Ｓ４の４独戻があり、投票対象となりうるのは１〜８
の８種類であるとし１通常はスケジュールＳ２が選択さ
れているものと一″ｒｈｒ。
プレーヤーが投賞対壕ヲ選択ｆる前に、まずスケジュー
ルＳ２にもとづいて払い戻し率が表示器６で表示され石
。このとき、表示される払い戻し率はそれぞれ１０．５
　、８．６０．乙、３，１５．５である。次にプレーヤ
ーはいずれかの投票対象？選択し、入力装置１によって
それを指′？する。ゲームの結果、それが当りであると
きは表示されている払い戻し率に応じてコイン等が払い
出されろ。払い戻し実績は従前の実績とυ口′αされ、
第３のメモリ８に記憶される。
上記の如き一連のゲームが操り返された後に、第３のメ
モリ８に記憶された払い出し実、偵が所定の配当率に対
して誤差？生じているときは、その誤差に応じた払い戻
し配当スケジュールが選択される。例えば、遊戯機が大
勝ちしてプレーヤーに与えろ楽しみが少なくなっている
ときは、スケジュールＳ４が選択される。スケジュール
Ｓ４の払い戻し配当率はスケジュールＳ２の払い戻し配
当率に対して高くなっており、かつ叉の払い戻し率は投
票ｆ：ｂ前に表示器６で表示されているので、プレーヤ
ーの期待感はそれだけ大きくなる。
なお、第２図に示す実施例において、第１、第２および
第３のメモリは専用のＲＯＭ　（Ｒｅａｄｏｎｌｙ　ｍ
ｅｍｏｒｙ　）等によって構成することかできるし、ま
たこれらと判定処理回路とをマイクロコ〉′ピユータに
よって一体的に構成することもできる。
また払い戻し配当スケジュールの選択にあたっては、乱
数によって選択するスケジュールを変化させろことも町
Ｘ１目である。
上述の如く本発明によれば、従来装置に榎数の払い戻し
配当スケジュールを記憶ｆ７ｂメモリと、従前の払い戻
し配当実績の合計を記憶￥るメモリと乞設けたので、払
い戻しの実績に応じて通用する払、い戻し配当スケジュ
ールを変更させる（セミフローティングオツズシステム
）ことができ、短期的、中期的に遊戯機の所有者に損失
を与えたりプレーヤーの楽しみを奪ったり１−ることの
ない遊戯機の制御装ｊ代が得られろ。また、本発明は、
従前の払い戻し実績にもとづいて適用する払い戻し配当
スケジュール２変史させ、かつプレーヤーカ投票対象を
選択する前にそれを表示させる方式にもとづくものなの
で、遊戯機の公正な運営、公正なルールてかなったもの
である。

    ジュールＹｎ組（ｎは目然故）記１□はする第２のメモ
    リと、この遊戯機におけるコイン等り払い戻し実績の合
    計？記憶する填３のメモリと、前記第３のメモリの記憶
    内容にもとづいて前記第２のメモリからいずれかの払い
    戻し配当スケジュールを選択でろ手段と１選択された前
    記払い戻し配当スケジュールにもとづいて前記ｍ４→ｌ
    、ｑの入賞結果のそれぞれについての払い戻し配当；ｇ
    を表示すと）表示器と、投票対米として選択した入賞結
    果が当りであるときは選択された前記払い戻し配当スケ
    ジュールにもとづいてコイン等の払い戻しＹ″′ｆる出
    力装置と欠υ１ｎえる遊戯機のｉｉｔ制御装置彎。
