本発明は繊維壁に着色模様を表現するための着色シート
に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a colored sheet for expressing a colored pattern on a fiber wall.
従来、繊維壁の模様としては、繊維質上塗材に着色添加

があるのみで、明確な形状を描き出したものはない。Conventionally, patterns on fiber walls have only been irregularly shaped by adding coloring additives to a fibrous top coating material, and there have been no patterns that have clearly defined shapes.
そこで本発明の着色シートを開発したのである。Therefore, the colored sheet of the present invention was developed.

As shown in the figure, the colored sheet of the present invention is made by adhering a water-soluble colorant and fine solid matter 1 onto a sheet 2 with a water-soluble adhesive.

Since it only needs to be colored, anything is acceptable as long as it is water-soluble. Dyes are usually used, and direct dyes are particularly preferred.
The purpose of the fine solids is to prevent the colorant from eluting too quickly, spreading the color and making the shape unclear, and also to make the sheet surface rough so that it is easier to work with when applying the core coating material. This is to do so.

It may be granular material such as resin powder, fibers such as cotton, flakes such as cloth pieces, paper pieces, or a mixture thereof. When using powder or granules, there are no restrictions on the particle size, which is 16 to 3.
00 mesh can be used, preferably 16 to 90 mesh.
It is a mesh one, and one of about 20 mesh is optimal. When using fibers, the length of the fibers is preferably 157,727 or less. When flakes are used, their diameter is preferably 15 mm or less. The adhesive not only adheres the fine solid matter/colorant onto the sheet, but also controls the elution time of the colorant.

That is, it is sufficient if it is water-soluble. Therefore, funori and starch glue can also be used, but CMC (carboxy methyl cellulose) is superior in terms of reliability and stability. Also, the sheet is made of paper, cloth, etc. This colored sheet is used as follows.

A fibrous topcoat material is applied thereon by spraying or core coating in accordance with conventional methods. As the top coat dries, the colorant dissolves and the shape and color of the sheet stand out on the surface. Using this sheet, it is possible to draw a pattern with a clear shape on the fiber wall, which was previously impossible.
