[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention aims to obtain an interlining material that has soft elasticity and bending resistance, does not wrinkle, and has a good texture. This invention relates to the manufacture of interlining materials whose outer surface is covered with a thin, soft cover.

A fiber layer 3 made of evenly intertwined rigid fibers such as polyester, which is C-shaped in plan and spiral in three-dimensional shape, is sandwiched between thin, soft, upper and lower non-woven fabrics 1 and 2 in the form of belts. The nonwoven fabric 1 on the upper surface, the rigid fiber layer 3 such as polyester inside, and the nonwoven fabric 2 on the lower surface are passed through the size liquid tank 4 to be immersed in the size liquid, and then the squeeze roll 5 is passed through to remove excess liquid and smoothed, and then passed through a dryer 6 to dry, thereby integrating the nonwoven fabric 1, the rigid fiber layer 3 such as polyester, and the nonwoven fabric 2,
Next, Powder T, which is an adhesive, was sprinkled on the top surface, heated from above with a heater 8, and then passed through a roller 9 with cooling water to cool it, and adhesive 1 was applied on the top surface. It is something. Through this process, the contents are a rigid fiber layer 3 like polyester, and the rigid fibers are evenly intertwined with each other, which is C-shaped when viewed two-dimensionally and spirally when viewed three-dimensionally. They do not become intertwined with each other, and since each fiber is spiral, it has elasticity like a spring, and because of its bulk, the entire fiber has elasticity and repulsive force, and the outside is wrapped in non-woven fabric. It has a good texture and has elasticity and repulsion against bending.
Moreover, it is possible to create an interlining material with adhesive applied to one side.

In addition, in this manufacturing method, thin and soft upper and lower nonwoven fabrics 1,
Between the two, a fiber layer 3 made of evenly intertwined rigid fibers such as polyester, which is C-shaped when viewed two-dimensionally and spirally when viewed three-dimensionally, is sandwiched and overlapped, and then the needling machine 1
0, the upper nonwoven fabric 1, the rigid fiber layer 3 such as polyester, and the lower nonwoven fabric 2 are needled so as to be integrated, and then passed through the size liquid tank 4 to be immersed in the size liquid, and then squeezed. It is passed through a roll 5 to remove excess liquid and smoothed, and then passed through a dryer 6 to dry. Next, adhesive powder is sprinkled on the top surface and heated with a heater 8 from above. There is a method in which the adhesive 1 is cooled by passing through a roller 9 containing cooling water, and then the adhesive 1 is applied on the upper surface.

In this method, the upper and lower nonwoven fabrics 1 and 2 and the rigid fiber layer 3 such as polyester between them are needled, so that they are C-shaped when viewed from above, so they are intertwined with each other and do not come off, creating a three-dimensional spiral shape. Therefore, it has elasticity like a spring, and has an integral fiber layer 3 and upper and lower nonwoven fabrics 1,
2 will be integrated, making it possible to create an interlining material that is soft to the touch (the lining 1 has elasticity and has strong restoring force).
