    磁石が回転するときの上記永久磁石の磁力の方向変化を
    パルス信号として出力するホールＩＣと を備えた回転センサにおいて、 上記ホールＩＣの電源入力端子と接地端子との間にこの
    ホールＩＣの定格電圧より僅かに高い降′服電圧のツエ
    ナダイオー−ドが接続され、このダイオードがこの回転
    センサに内設されたことを特徴とする保護回路付回転セ
    ンサ。
