Claims (1)
- 入力パルス毎に反転し且つ互に極性の異なる二つの信号
を発生するフリップフロップと、前記フリップフロップ
が発生する２種類の信号の各々をイネーブル信号として
基本クロックをカウントする２組のカウンタと、前記２
組のカウンタをカウント終了の度に交互に選択し該各々
のカウンタのカウント病を出力するマルチプレクサと、
前記マルチプレクサが出力するカウント値の最大値と最
小値の少なくともいずれかを保持するカウント値保持回
路とを備えることを特徴とするパルス間隔測定装置。
