Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は爪を迅速、容易且つ美麗に研磨することので
きる研磨装置を提供しようとするものである。
爪の研磨は通常手作業で行なうものであるが、美容院等
ではこれにかなシの労力をとられるので、自動的に研磨
できる装置が待ち望まれている。
この発明はかかる現状に鑑み、爪磨きが自動的に迅速容
易、且つ美麗になしうるようにしたもので、その要旨と
するところは、モータ１が内蔵されたケース本体２上に
、後端部を中心に上下に開閉しうる蓋体３を設け、ケー
ス本体２の前面部に、筒形内周面に研磨層４が形成され
前記モータ１によ多回転駆動される研磨筒５を装着し、
ケース本体２と蓋体３の両前端部間に指先挿入部６を形
成し、蓋体３の内面部には前記指先挿入部６上で左右に
往復動する研磨板７２７′及び該研磨板７，７′をクラ
ンクのような変換機構を介して往復動させる伝動軸８，
９を設け、この伝動軸８，９を閉蓋状態において前記モ
ータ１に連動せしめた点にある。
この発明の詳細を図示の一実施例に基づいて説明すると
、ケース本体２及び蓋体３はいずれもプラスチック環で
前後に長く、後端部同士が蝶番１０で結合されている。
モータ１はその駆動軸が前方へ突出する向きでケース本
体２の後部に装着されている。ケース本体２の前面部に
は円形の窓孔１１が形成されておシ、との窓孔１１内に
研磨筒５が臨出している。研磨筒５は有底筒形で、その
底部背面に回転軸１２が固着されており、この回転軸１
２が後端において歯車１３．１４に介してモータ１の駆
動軸に連動している。蓋体３の前端部は閉蓋状態におい
てケース本体２の前端部との間に間隙全有しておシ１．
またケース本体２の前端上角部には凹部１５゜１５′が
形成されており、上記間隙ととの凹部１５．１５’　と
で指先挿入部６が構成されている。研磨板７，７′　は
スライド板１６に固着されており、スライド板１６は保
持枠１７に左右スライド自在に保持されている。１８は
スライド板１６に転接するローラである。１９はスライ
ド板１６の後端に取着したロッドで、クランクアーム２
０を介して一方の伝動軸８に連動連結している。伝動軸
８とロッド１９とはこの他、偏心ピンと長孔、偏心輪と
その嵌合リング等で連動させてもよく、要するに回転運
動を直線往復運動に変換する機構が介在すればよい。２
本の伝動軸８，９はユニバーサルジヨイント２１で連結
されている。２２は後端がわ伝動軸９の軸受である。伝
動軸９の後端部には歯車２３が固着され、該歯車２３は
閉蓋時にモータ１の駆動軸の歯車２４の上部に噛合する
ようになっている。図中２５はコードケースである。
上記の構成において閉蓋した状態でモータ１が回転する
と、回転軸１２が回転して研磨筒５が回転するとともに
、上部で伝動軸８，９が回転して研磨板７，７′が左右
に往復動する。次に指先挿入部６に爪を上にして指先を
挿入すると、爪に研磨板７，７′　が摺接し、これによ
って爪が削られ磨かれる。この場合、指先が太かった〕
、指先を深く挿し込んだシすると、蓋体３全体がわずか
に持ち上がって研磨板７，７′が上方に逃げ、研磨板７
，７′の爪に対する接触圧が適度の大きさに保たれる。
しかして蓋体３の前端部の上昇量に対して伝動軸内端の
歯車２３の上昇量は僅少であシ、且つ両伝動軸８１９間
にユニバーサルジヨイント２１が介在するから、歯車２
３．２４は噛合状態に保たれる。
尚、蓋体３を更に持ち上げると、両歯車２３゜２４の噛
合が外れて伝動軸８＃　９０回転及び研磨板７，７′の
往復動は停止する。このあと、指先を研磨筒５内に挿入
して爪を研磨層４に当て付けると、該研磨層４の摺接に
より爪が更に磨かれる。
この発明は上述のような構成から成シ、指先をケース本
体と蓋体の間の指先挿入部、もしくは研磨筒内に挿し込
むことによって、自動的に爪が研磨され、従来のように
面倒な手間を必要とせず、迅速且つ容易に爪磨きができ
、しかも研磨板と研磨筒とによる２段階の研磨で美麗な
仕上シとなる。
また研磨板で爪を磨く場合、爪の位置に応じて研磨板が
微量的に上下するから、研磨板の爪に対する接触圧が常
時適正な大きさに保たれ、自動的に不過足のない研磨が
できる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　モータが内蔵されたケース本体上に、後端部
    を中心に上下に開閉しうる蓋体を設け、ケース本体の前
    面部に、筒形内周面に研磨層が形成され前記モータによ
    多回転駆動される研８］ 磨筒を装着し、ケース本体と蓋体の両端部間へ に指先挿入部を形成し、蓋体の内面部には前記指先挿入
    部上で左右に往復動する研磨板、及び該研磨板をクラン
    クのような変換機構を介して往復動させる伝動軸を設け
    、この伝動軸を閉蓋状態において前記モータに連動せし
    めた爪研磨装置。
