Claims (1)

ブル基板には上記検査用ショート端子と上記アース用端
子とを接続する短絡用パッドを設け、上記第１のフレキ
シブル基板の接続用端子に上記第２のフレキシブル基板
の接続用パッドを接続すると共に、検査用ショート端子
とアース用端子とを短絡用パッドで接続したことを特徴
