    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転中心と周縁を結ぶ径の長さが一定の角度ごとに異な
    る歯先をもつ歯が形成された歯付き円板と、該歯付き円
    板の歯の歯先の形状を光学的に検知し、該歯先の径の長
    さに応じた出力電圧を得る光電変換素子とから構成して
    なる回転角センサ。
