はコントロールバルブの特性を糸すグラフ、第５図はブ
ツシュロッドストロークとレリーズ荷重および同ストロ
ークと 、プレッシャプレートストロークとの関係を
示すグラフ、第６図は本考案の実施例におけるエアシリ
ンダ装置の断面図、第７図は同エアシリンダ装置におけ
る第３図と同様のグラフ、第８図は供給圧力とペダル踏
込量およびプレッシャプレートストロークとペダル踏込
量との関係を示した本実施例と従来装置との比較グラフ

Claims (1)
- クラッチペダルの踏込み操作により作動するバルブ、お
よび同バルブを介して供給されるエアにより作動するエ
アシリンダ装置を具え、上記エアシリンダ装置のブツシ
ュロッドの変位をクラッチのレリーズレバ−に伝達する
ようにしたものｉこおいて、上記ブツシュロッドに連結
したピストンの頂面を凸面形状に形成し、同頂面に当接
可能なダイヤフラムを上記エアシリンダ装置のケーシン
グに内蔵し、さらに上記ケーシングとピストンとの間に
ばねを縮設し、上記バルブ非作時上記ばねのばね力によ
って上記ピストン頂面が上記ダイヤフラムに当接する面
積を最大となるように構成したことを特徴とするクラッ
チコントロール用エアシリンダ装置。
