Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本体内に区画形成した圧力室と、この圧力室内に導入さ
    れる流体圧力を受けて変位する可動壁と、この可動壁に
    連結した作動ロッドと、上記可動壁を非作動位置に保持
    する復帰ばねとを備えるアクチェータにおいて、上記復
    帰ばねを直列に配設した第１復帰ばねと第２復帰ばねと
    から構成するとともに、第１復帰ばねと第２復帰ばね間
    に上記作動ロッドの作動方向に変位可能なリテーナを介
    在させ、かつ上記可動壁の変位位置に対応して変位され
    る上記リテーナに当接し、そのリテーナの自由な変位を
    規制するストッパを設けたことを特徴とするアクチェー
    タ。
