[Detailed Description of the Invention] Among the methods of preserving fishing bait, isome is easy to break due to ecological reasons, and since it is collected by crushing rocks or using chemicals, it is also easy to break and become damaged. If they intertwine, they will bite and the above problems will become even worse. Therefore, it is not unavoidable that the seeds will be cut into the wound before being stored in the device, and if the wound occurs, they will rot and die all at once in 4.5 days. As a result, the water quality deteriorates, which has a large effect, making it extremely difficult to preserve compared to other fishing baits.

Conventionally, the main function of the above function is to reduce the water temperature to slow down the activity of C-same, thereby preventing occlusion and, at the same time, preventing the progression of the rotting condition. However, with the cooling method, the lower the water temperature, the more effective the method, but on the other hand, the stored Isome loses strength each day it is stored, and even those that are intact can only be used for around 7 days. In the summer, due to temperature differences, when anglers bring their fish to the fishing spot, they quickly become weak and cannot be used in a fresh state, resulting in inconveniences. When storing at room temperature, although it is possible to prevent biting by placing it in the aggregate, it may die and rot inside the aggregate due to scratches during collection, or it may continue to rot even if it is exposed to water. There is no cure. Furthermore, it is difficult to easily find scratches during collection when storing, and since the scratches occur before storage, the current situation is that it is not possible to deal with particularly severe damage. The actual situation is that the weakened ones come out from within the aggregate into the water, so by selectively removing them,
Although it is possible to prevent the effects of this, the negative effects cannot be prevented because the eye loss rate is high and the effects will not occur. In particular, it is difficult to deal with the phenomenon of death and rot inside the aggregate.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention solves the conventional problems by storing the snails together with aggregates in a breeding box, and adding a medicated bath or medicine to the device to heal and regenerate the wound. However, it can be kept for a long time at room temperature, and fresh fishing bait can be provided to anglers. Also, regarding the case of cooling, the present invention will be described below with reference to examples using aggregate.

The main body 1 is designed to divide an aquarium, which is larger in length than width and depth, into an upper and lower breeding chamber A and a flow path, and to fit horizontally into an inner wall 20 facing each other in the longitudinal direction at a position slightly deeper than the height of the breeding box 3. Convexity 4
A partition plate 5 is provided on the bottom surface 2 of the aquarium at right angles to the flow direction to partition the flow path K up to the height of the protrusion 4, and the rearing box 3 is placed in close contact with the partition plate 5 on which space layers 6a, 6b*6e are placed in the flow direction. and install it in breeding room A. In addition, on the left side of Fig. 2, a furnace material 18 is filled between the perforated plates 17 instead of the partition plate to form a filtering material layer 5, and a part of the flow is passed through the flow path to obtain purifying power. That's what I do. The width of the rearing box 3 is the inner wall 20 of the aquarium.
It is made slightly smaller than the width of the hole, and its depth is set at around 10α to prevent insects from coming out, and a bug return 19 is provided on the side edge. Water permeation holes 9 are provided in the wall surface 8 on the inflow and outflow sides, and the bottom surface 10
A large number of water holes 11 are provided on the holder, and an insect screen 12 is pasted thereon to prevent escape. The upper left of FIG. 3 shows a state in which the net 12 is pasted on the bottom surface 10 and then the aggregate 7 is spread on top of it. Aggregate 7, such as small gravel and small pieces of shells, was stored in the bottom of this rearing box with a relatively thin thickness, and the oysters were placed in the space layer 6C so that the aggregate was submerged by 2 to 3 m. The height of the inlet 16 of the discharge pipe 14 is determined, and seawater is injected. Due to the inflow of seawater, a channel d is formed in the breeding box 3 above the aggregate 7, and a space layer 6 a * 6 b + in the aquarium is created.
6c is configured such that the inflow and outflow side walls 80 and water passage holes 9 of the rearing box 3 communicate with the flow path d via a mediating tank, so that the rearing water is circulated and purified as shown by the arrow. Circulating water flowing into the space layer 6a from the discharge port 15 of the water supply pipe 13 is stirred and buffered by the water supply pipe 13, so that sufficient oxygen is mixed in and the rearing box bottom 10
Contact will take place. Since the flow 6a is blocked by the partition plate 5, the flow circulates through the water passage hole 9 provided in the side wall 8 of the rearing box 3. Aggregate 7 containing Isome
The filter is relatively thin and the circulating water constantly comes into contact with its front and back surfaces, allowing filter bacteria to grow and purifying the water it comes into contact with.

In addition, as there is a strong flow of water inside the aggregate, the environment for fishing bait is close to that of living conditions, and according to this device, the water temperature of intact rockfish reaches 30 degrees Celsius in midsummer. However, it can be kept alive for a long time.

The use of the drug of the present invention is mainly used to prevent bacterial infection of wounds caused by biting and other causes during harvesting or before storage, as the biting is prevented by the aggregate after the grasshoppers are housed in the breeding box. The purpose is to prevent the transition to a state of suffering and to heal and regenerate the wound.

Therefore, the chemicals used include monafracin, which is said to be effective for external damage to fish and is commonly used.
Application of antibacterial agents such as acriflavine, medicated baths, or use of products such as Glino F and Fisheries Thiazin (all trade names) are suitable. Furthermore, as with the treatment of ornamental fish, the medicinal bathing of fishing bait is carried out on a small scale, so a variety of chemicals and treatment methods can be considered. Therefore, furan-based drugs such as nitrofurazone (trade name: Monafrasin, Flaskin), nifluvirinol (trade name: Furanase), etc. are used to prevent and treat bacterial infections, and pigments such as methylene blue, malachite green, acriflavine, and merculochrome are used. The goal can be easily achieved by appropriately using organic mercury agents, other disinfectants, bactericidal agents, antibiotics, sulfur drugs, and other drugs that are effective in treating a wide range of injuries and preventing and treating diseases caused by bacteria. I think it is possible.

However, when placed in breeding boxes for preservation, they will not heal and regenerate naturally even if they are cooled or placed in aggregate. Also, if the aggregate goes into the water, it will become covered in slag and lose weight, and cannot survive for a long time. However, experiments have shown that if each injured or cut animal is placed in a thin tube with good water flow, most of the wounds will heal and regenerate at room temperature. In this case, there will be no problem even if the amount of aggregate is extremely small or not present at all. As is clear from the above examples, as a condition for regeneration, it is necessary that the environmental conditions be close to natural and stable, and if this is ignored, no effect of the drug can be expected.

In the present invention, since it is used for treatment, 2 sachets of 10f were dissolved in 500t and used as a reference amount. If you measure the medicine, it will be 20 cc, so
A drug solution was prepared using a calculation of 251 for 1 cc, and since it is very difficult to dissolve in seawater, the amount of the drug was calculated as 1 as the amount to be dissolved. In that method, if you place the isome on top of the aggregate and give it a medicinal bath, it will burrow into the aggregate. After completing the first chemical bath, they were returned to the apparatus, and the second time they were soaked in the chemical solution for 10 minutes twice, for a total of 20 minutes, with an interval of 4 hours.

It was confirmed that Isome's wounds healed and regenerated in 4 to 5 days by administering the above medicinal bath. As for the effectiveness of the medicine, if you do not take a medicinal bath, the wound will worsen and the whole body will rot and die, so you can clearly tell the difference in their effectiveness. In addition, for long baths, the amount of water is doubled compared to short baths, and since the water is passed through a filter tank, T is the rate of decrease in the effectiveness of the drug, and 2 to 3 times the amount is required for types of bacteria such as filamentous fungi. So, short bath 1
The amount of water was 0 times to 3 times the standard. Therefore, in a short-time bath, 0 becomes 104 in cc, so in a long-time bath, -cc--Eocc was used as the standard for IO2. According to this standard, boiled cc is mixed into 10 tons, and 15 to 2 tons are added to each breeding box.
When we tested 4 animals each with 0cm diameter, the cure rate was 9.
I got a result of 0. Regarding the confirmation of the effect of short-time bathing, since it is affected by the powder adhering to the aggregate, we removed it by passing seawater through it after the chemical bathing.

The results of the above tests vary significantly depending on the state of the medicine at the time of storage, but if the amount of the drug is set to the minimum standard amount i, sufficient effect cannot be obtained, and a drug with a concentration three times In the short bath, the isome within the aggregate was healed and regenerated without causing any chemical damage. In this case, if the medicine is weak, it will cause the disease to rot and the progress of the condition will be delayed, so you can know how effective it is, and if it is too strong, the medicine will not rot and die. Additionally, this test confirmed that the effectiveness of the drug is clearly inhibited by environmental conditions. One of them is that complete healing and regeneration takes place inside the aggregate, and the effects of the present invention can only be obtained when the effects of the aggregate and the drug are integrated. In the case of overcrowded storage, In an example in which 9 animals of 15crR to 205+ were placed in a box, 2 of them withered without being able to enter the aggregate from the beginning, and 7 of them crawled into the aggregate, but 2 were caught on the 6th day of investigation. 5 had bite wounds within the aggregate, and 5 were completely normal.

In the second example, four 25crR to 30cIn larvae were placed in each breeding box, and the -box was given a medicated bath. According to the results of the investigation on the 6th day, 3 out of every 14 fish that had taken the medicated bath were completely intact within the aggregate. The reason for this was that they were large, so three of them were nearly the size of five, and one of them was thought to be due to overcrowding. In the other box, only one fish was intact, and the rest were completely destroyed.

In another example, the concentration was tripled, and three 15 to 20 m long snails were placed in each pot, one of which was given a medicinal bath and the other was not treated with anything. On the 6th day of investigation, all 6 mice had healed and regenerated. This is because the breeding water was close to 20 times the specified liquid due to the dissolution of the drug, which was resistant to adhesion to the aggregate, and the severity of the wound was light, so we believe that even those who did nothing had a healing effect. . Therefore, even though the quantity was small, a 100% regeneration effect could be obtained. The above test shows that in overcrowded conditions, even if they are in the aggregate, they will wither and interlock, inhibiting the effect of medicated bathing, and if the environmental conditions mentioned above are ignored, the effect cannot be determined. This is an example.

As shown in the above test example, if the environmental conditions and the method of drug use are appropriate, the combination of the effects of the aggregate and the effects of the drug will prevent the biting of the isome and prevent the wound from rotting. It can be cured and regenerated, and can be kept and reared at room temperature.

It should be noted that the Isome used in this test were selected from those with obvious scratches. It depends on the time of collection, but at most only 1 out of 100 fish have obvious scars.
In actual cases, the effect of the medicinal bath extends to the unnoticed wound K, so extremely efficient results can be predicted. In the example, by making the aggregate thinner, the contact between the medicine and the grasshopper is ensured, and the environmental conditions can be stabilized, similar to the living conditions, so a small amount of the drug can stimulate the regeneration function of the grasshopper itself, resulting in healing. It is possible to reproduce it at any time. In addition, those whose composition cannot be reproduced even with preserved herbal medicines have their body parts exposed in the water, so they can be selectively separated using this as a guide, so a near-perfect management function is provided.

As mentioned above, by using chemicals, it is possible to eliminate the disadvantages such as withering inside the aggregate and the resulting harmful effects, and furthermore, the medicated bath can be carried out with the fish and other fishing bait kept in the breeding box. Because it can be done, it does not damage the environmental conditions, and even if it is returned to the aquarium, the drug remains there because it adheres to the aggregate, and the effect of the drug lasts for a long time. A similar effect can be obtained in the case of a long bath in which medicine is mixed into the circulating water, and the fact that the bath itself is small allows the maximum effect to be achieved with a small amount of medicine.

In a test using the antibiotic tetracycline, even at high concentrations, the plants did not die, and all intact plants were not affected. However, although there was no success in healing and regenerating the wound, it seems possible that success could be achieved with more appropriate drug doses and methods. Antibiotics used for fish include tetracycline, oxynato-2-cycline, and chloramphenicol, which are highly effective against reed bacterial diseases.

The fact that the present invention has focused on Iwasomeme as a subject for medicinal bathing is that
Rather than using bakashi, which is extremely difficult to preserve at present, it would be possible to cure and regenerate Iwa Someme because its habits and the conditions at which it was collected are more susceptible to damage than other fishing baits. This is based on the idea that the present invention can be applied to this without any problem.

Regarding fishing bait in general, the lower the water temperature, the harder it is for bacteria to grow, so the effectiveness of the medicine will be more certain. They have a habit of mating, but they do not form a large, loose bite. Bluefish, shrimp, etc. have the habit of eating friends, and depending on the fishing bait to be stored, it is necessary to use an appropriate preservation method, such as not requiring any aggregate or lowering the water temperature, depending on the habits and conditions of each bait. However, in both cases, taking medicated baths, injury, and prevention and treatment of diseases caused by bacteria when preserving fishing bait has the effect of reducing the loss rate and extending the survival period. This will significantly improve the preservation function of the device, and will also prevent inconveniences caused by a decrease in filtration power or loss due to death and decomposition. The effectiveness of medicines will also be enhanced if environmental conditions similar to those of living conditions can be achieved by using aggregates or by replacing them with seaweed or other materials.

As described above, according to the present invention, the preservation and rearing function of fishing baits other than Isome can be significantly improved.

I have mentioned that the method and timing of bathing the fish should be kept at a real temperature when storing them in the breeding box, but in order to prevent them from mating and eating each other before the medicated bathing, it is best to cool them down before placing them in a medicated bath. An effective method is to suppress !r++ t!5, so take a short bath in a cold state, store fishing bait in a plastic bag with seawater containing medicine, and fill it with oxygen.
