子を外装してなる乾式金属化フィルムコンデンサにおい
て、少なくとも絶縁溝を有する上記金属化フィルムが1
〜8%の熱収縮率でありかつコンデンサ素子を加熱処理
して構成され、誘電体フィルムの部分破壊時上記絶縁マ
ージン端部付近にお(2て絶縁溝を有する蒸着電極を長
さ方向に飛散することを特徴とする乾式金属化ブイルム
