極引出部を形成してコンデンサ素子を構成し、該素子を
外装してなる乾式金属化フィルムコンデンサにおいて、
上記コンデンサ素子が加熱処理して構成され、誘電体フ
ィルムの部分破壊時、その絶縁マージン端部付近におい
て絶縁溝を有する蒸着電極を長さ方向に飛散させること
を特徴とする乾式金属化フィルムコンデンサ。 、(2)上記絶縁溝は金属化フィルムの幅方向に横切っ
て形成し、蒸着電極を複数個に完全に分離して構成され
