Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the effluent oil recovery by spraying water through multiple nozzles of a spray tube supported by buoyancy tanks capable of adjusting the buoyancy, collecting the floating oil and introducing it to a water collecting section, and recovering the oil having spilt over it through an oil collecting tank. CONSTITUTION:When the oil having flown out of a ship, etc. is to be recovered, first the buoyancy of buoyancy tanks 1, 1' is properly adjusted with a pump 7 so that the draft is at a level shown in the figure. Next, a pump is operated and the water in the water area 14 surrounded by the buoyancy tanks 1, 1' is made to flow from the left side to the slant upper direction on the right side, thereby mainly the upper layer water is fed to the water area 14 direction from an inlet section 13 at the rear of this device. Then, the effluent oil 15 on the surface is guided to a recessed section 2 for collecting water through a water acquisition section 12 above a water collecting plate 5 together with the surface layer water, and the oil 15 having spilt over a shuttering board near the surface of the recessed section 2 is made to flow into an oil collecting tank 3, and it is sucked by a pump 8 to be sent to an oil/water separator not shown in the figure.

Conventionally, if the amount of oil spilled from a ship is small, it is usually handled by surrounding it with an oil fence and adding a neutralizing agent into it. Disposal of spilled oil from use is not only undesirable from the standpoint of preserving the environment, but also has the drawback of requiring a lot of time.

The oil collection tank filter is attached to the front surface of the weir plate 6 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Reference numeral 7 denotes a pump fixedly installed at a suitable location on the buoyancy tank. The discharge side is connected to the jet pipe 4 via piping, and when the pump 7 operates, the water collection recess 2
The water inside is sprayed obliquely forward and upward from each nozzle 4a of the jet pipe 4, and is circulated. Reference numeral 8 denotes a pump installed at an appropriate location on the buoyancy tanker. The suction side of the pump 8 is connected to the bottom of the oil collection tank B via piping, and the operation of the pump 8 drains the oil collection tank. The water containing oil is sucked out and sent to an oil-water separator (not shown).

One embodiment of the device of the present invention is constructed as described above, and the buoyancy of the buoyancy tanks 1, 1' is appropriately adjusted by the pump 7, so that the stuttering water is maintained in the state shown in FIGS. 2 and 6. After adjusting the amount, pump 7 is activated. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the jet from each nozzle 4a of the jet pipe 4 causes
The water in No. 4 is discharged from the left side toward the right side, and the flow induced by this jet jet mainly sends water from the surface layer toward the water area 14 from the spout 16 at the rear of the device. . Naturally, this jet stream mixes with surrounding water, so all the water that flows into the water area 14 from the spout 16 is transferred to the water collection plate 5.
The water is not sucked into the water collection pipe 9 through the water intake part 12 at the upper part of the water collection plate 5, and a part of the water is not sucked into the water collection pipe 9 through the water intake part 12 at the upper part of the water collection plate 5.
' After a period of time, it flows out of the device. The water flowing into the water collection recess 2 through the water intake section 12 is mostly surface water, and spilled oil 15 is present on the surface. Since the specific gravity of this spilled oil 15 is lighter than that of water, as shown in FIG. It flows into the oil collection tank filter through the notch 10. The water containing spilled oil that flowed into this oil collection tank 6.

After all the spilled oil has been collected as described above,
The water in the buoyancy tanks 1, 1' is removed by the pump 7, the water in the water system is raised, and the bottom surface 1 of the inlet 10 of the weir plate 6 is removed.
0a Soil on the water surface. In this case, water containing spilled oil remains in the oil collection tank 6, but when this is sucked out by the pump 8, the water level in the oil collection tank B falls, and the float 11 follows the water level and descends. All spilled oil is recovered without suction of air from the liquid surface.

Since the device of the present invention has the above-described configuration and operation, according to the present invention, (1) the jet flow from each nozzle 4a of the jet tube 4 near the water surface is directed toward the water surface; Since it is discharged into the water area 14 from the surrounding area, it has the effect of introducing a large amount of surface water from the surrounding area into the water area 14.
2, the effect of introducing surface water is doubled, so extracted oil that exists only near the surface layer can be efficiently collected in the four water collecting parts 2.

In addition, as shown in the illustrated example, a float 11 is installed inside the oil collecting tank filter.
When charged, there is an advantage that the spilled oil can be collected more effectively by the pump 8 without sucking air from the liquid surface.
