Abstract

PURPOSE:To generate warm air without using electricity by a method wherein low-temperature fluid and combustion gas are mixed and circulated by a fan connected directly to the output shaft of a Stirling engine. CONSTITUTION:The Stirling engine 2, accommodated in the casing 1 of the room heater, is provided with the heat energy of the combustion gas of a burner 3 in a first heat exchanger 7, is cooled in the second heat exchanger 8 by the fan 9 directly coupled to the output shaft by circulating air induced from an inducing port 10 while accommodated two pistons are operated to output the rotating energy. The high-temperature combustion gas, which heated the first heat exchanger 7, flows as shown by arrow signs 11 while the air, which cooled the second heat exchanger 8, flows as shown by the arrow signs 12 and is mixed with the combustion gas so as to obtain the warm air of comfortable temperature, thereafter, the mixed fluid flows out of the outflow port 13 of the casing 1. The Stirling engine generates a low noise accompanied by the driving thereof and, therefore, it is suitable for the use in a room and it may also be used upon power suspension.

Traditionally, heaters used for sexual punishment include the Shinana kerosene stove,
As shown in the Bunsen gas stove, the heating effect was mainly achieved by convection of gases, high-temperature objects that make up the combustion part, or radiation from the flame itself, but these methods do not heat the inside of the living room. The disadvantage is that the temperature distribution is not uniform, and a sufficient heating effect cannot be obtained in areas far from the heater or areas close to the floor.

For this reason, a system has been proposed in which combustion gas is circulated throughout the room using a blower. However, in this type of system, the blower is driven by Kaisukeiso, so when a power outage occurs, t/ili/! There was a drawback that it could not be done.

This invention was made in order to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional 'f:1', and operates by directly connecting a fan to the output shaft of a Stirling engine, which mixes low-temperature fluid and combustion gas. The aim is to generate warm air without using ridges by configuring the structure to circulate the air.

以下、この発明の一実施例を図について説明する。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As is well known, the Stirling engine heats the internal working gas on one side and cools it on the other, and when the two built-in pistons are moved with a phase difference of 6 degrees, the working gas moves into the high-temperature part. The expansion energy when heated can be output as rotational energy. Now, if the heater is configured as described above, the fuel will be combusted by the burner (8), and this combustion gas will be sent to the Stirling engine (2).
After heating the heat exchanger (7) of No. 1, the high temperature combustion exhaust gas flows to the arrow (11). On the other hand, the inlet (!0)
The air sucked in is circulated by a fan (9) that rotates by the output of the Stirling engine (2), cools the second heat exchanger (8), flows in the direction of arrow H, and then flows in the direction of arrow (11).
) is mixed with the high-temperature fluid shown in Figure 1, and becomes warm air at a moderate temperature, which flows out from the outlet a8 of the casing (11).Arrow I indicates the flow of hot air. The engine was used because the noise associated with the drive was low.
This is because it is suitable for indoor use, and for internal combustion engines,
It cannot be put to practical use because of the sound planting.

In addition, although the combustion air was configured to be co-supplied by a tunnel effect due to natural convection, a second fan was installed that was driven by the output of the Stirling engine, and a part of the air moved by this fan was used as combustion air. If acetic acid is supplied, combustion gas can be supplied without using tunneling, so this heater can be installed in any direction.

As described above, according to the present invention, as a warming device, a Stirling engine and a fan directly connected to the output shaft of the Stirling engine are installed, and the low temperature fluid and combustion gas are mixed and circulated by the fan. This has the effect of providing something that does not require electricity.
