Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable spraying of a slaked lime slurry or the like without clogging in a sprayer for said slurry by forming the nozzle in the outside circumferential part of a rotary disc body into the tapered shape flaring outward from a small diameter in the middle of the hole in continuation with the tapered surface in the chamber of the disc body. CONSTITUTION:Wear resistant rings 20, 21 are fitted and fixed in the upper and lower corner parts formed of the ceiling wall surface 12a, bottom wall surface 12b and outside circumferential wall surface 12b and outside circumferntial wall surface 15 in the chamber 12 of a rotary disc body 10. Obliquely tapered surfaces 20a, 21b are formed there toward a spray nozzle 23, and the hole 24 of the nozzle 23 is formed of a tapered hole part 24a flaring inward and a tapered hole part 24c flaring outward from the small diameter part 24b in the middle of the hole. If a slaked slurry is sprayed from the rotary disc constituted in such a way, the small solid material which may deposit in the part 24b is easily blown off by a rotary centrifugal force as the tapered hole part 24c is formed, whereby the rotary disc is kept free from clogging.

2. Description of the Related Art As a device for removing hydrogen chloride from exhaust gas generated from a garbage incinerator or the like, a semi-dry method is known in which a sludge IJ-' of slaked coal or the like is sprayed into the exhaust gas. Figure 1 shows the structure of the reaction vessel of this hydrogen chloride removal equipment using a semi-dry method, where 1 is the reaction column body, 2 is the exhaust gas inlet provided at the top of the body of the column, and the gas is introduced from this inlet. The collected exhaust gas descends while swirling inside the main body 1, is discharged from an exhaust gas outlet 3 on the lower side of the main body, and is guided to a dust collector (not shown) on the downstream side.

This is a rotating disk for slurry spraying that is attached to the upper inner button of the ttd main body 1 and is attached to a motor rotating shaft 6 that passes through the inside of the slurry supply cylinder 5. This rotating disk 4 is used to spray the sludge IJ-i of slaked coal introduced from the slurry supply tube 5 into the exhaust gas that is swirling and descending. This removes hydrogen chloride from exhaust gas. In Figure 1, numeral 7 indicates a discharge pulp and 8 a discharge conveyor for taking out the dust and reaction products that have fallen to the bottom of the main body (inverted conical portion). By the way, the rotating disk 4 for slurry spraying as described above
As shown in FIG. 2, a structure as shown in FIG. 2 is known. This conventional rotating disk has a circular chamber 12 into which slurry is supplied from an upper opening 11 to a disk main body Jθ゛, which is rotated at high speed by a motor rotating shaft 6.
The structure includes a plurality of spray nozzles 13 that spray out the slurry in the chamber from the outer periphery of the disk body 10 using rotational centrifugal force. In addition, if the slurry is abrasive (
Slurry such as slaked coal as mentioned above is abrasive)
, due to the rotational centrifugal force of the disk body 1o, the slurry is pressed against the outer peripheral wall surface J5 of the main body chamber 12 and circulates around the outer peripheral wall surface 1.
5f wear, and in order to prevent this wear, the nozzle structure is such that the inner end of the nozzle 13 protrudes toward the chamber 12 side. When the nozzle 13 is protruded in this way, the contaminants in the slurry adhere to the outdoor peripheral wall surface 15 due to rotational centrifugal force and form a coating layer 16 as shown in FIG. There is no contact between the slurry and the outdoor peripheral wall surface 15, and abrasion of the peripheral wall surface 15 is prevented.

The slurry was a slaked coal slurry with abrasive properties. Third
The figure shows a cross-sectional diagram of the disk part being used in the experiment. In the experiment, a coating layer 16 of slaked coal as described above was formed, and abrasion of the outdoor peripheral wall surface 15 could be prevented. However, the slaked coal coating layer 16 also formed on the inner wall of the nozzle as a coating layer as shown by reference numeral 18 in FIG. 3, and was integrated with the coating layer 16 on the outdoor peripheral wall surface 15. When the above experiment was carried out continuously for 20 days, the slurry finally stopped spewing out from the nozzle. The cause of this is the enlargement of the slaked coal coating layer Noro and 18.
The hole 14 of the nozzle 13 is closed. Furthermore, preliminary experiments have revealed that the nozzle holes 14 are likely to become clogged when the amount of slurry inflow, ie, the load applied to the rotating disk, is varied.

When this rotating disk is used in a device (reaction tower) for removing hydrogen chloride from exhaust gas as shown in Figure 1, it is economically important to vary the load of the alkali slurry (slurry of slaked coal, etc.). , the inability to withstand load fluctuations is a fatal drawback.

This invention was made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a rotating disk that can spray slurry without clogging all nozzles. A tapered surface that slopes toward the nozzle is provided, and the nozzle hole is connected to the indoor chi plane and has an inwardly expanding chi and hole part that becomes small in diameter in the middle of the hole, and a small diameter hole part in the middle of the hole. It is characterized by comprising an outwardly expanding tee and hole that expands from the nozzle toward the exit end.

1af is provided so that the slurry flows into the nozzle 23 to cause coprecipitation, and the hole 24 of the nozzle 23 is continuous with the indoor tapered surfaces 20a and 21b and expands inwardly to have a small diameter in the middle of the hole. The main feature of this device is that it is composed of an open chi-hole portion 24a and a tapered hole portion 24a that gradually expands outward from a small diameter hole portion 24b in the middle of the hole toward the nozzle outlet end. is similar to the conventional one shown in FIG.

When the slaked lime slurry was sprayed using the rotary mound of the present invention constructed as described above, the slurry was smoothly ejected from the nozzle 23, and no coating layer of slaked lime was formed on the inner wall surface of the nozzle hole 24. It wasn't done. Furthermore, although the middle portion of the nozzle hole 24 is the narrowest small-diameter hole 'gA24b in the slurry flow path, no clogging occurred here either. The reason for this is that the nozzle hole 24c has a tapered shape that gradually expands outward, so even if small solids are deposited in the small diameter hole 24b, the disk main body
The above-mentioned Qi is blown away by the rotational centrifugal force of θ.
This is thought to be because the flat hole portion 24c helps. No clogging of the nozzle 23 occurred even after two months of operation noise.

22bkiN contact is formed. In this case, in order to facilitate the attachment and detachment of the nozzle 23 and to ensure that the slurry flows smoothly into the nozzle 23, the nozzle attachment portion of the main body 10 is provided with a
Qi 2L part of nozzle 23? 4a and two holes 25af that are continuous with two surfaces 22a and 22b in the main body chamber.
The holding nozzle holding ring 25 is inserted by screwing or the like. Since the rotating disk for slurry spraying of the present invention has the structure as described above, the outer periphery of the main body can be rotated at high speed. The slurry can be sprayed from the nozzle in a suitable manner in the flow path, and has the effect of reliably preventing the problem of conventional holes.
