ィング用マニプレータを備え、圧延工程中に熱間スラブ
材の表面に生じた傷を上記溶剤ノズルを用いて削除する
スカーフィング装置に於いて、圧延ラインに直角に配設
された複数のローラテーブルに沿って放水ノズルを配設
し、スカーフィング時には、スカーフィング位置に停止
した熱間スラブ材の側部に位置するローラテーブルのみ
を回転させつつ、このローラテーブルに上記放水ノズル
を用いて放水する如（なしたことを特徴とするスカーフ
