る水槽を構成し、貯水槽と給水槽間をフィルタを介し連
通させ、更に上記水槽にはレール上に突出支持された撒
水ヘッドを設け、該撒水ヘッドと給水槽を給水管を介し
連通させ、該水槽を上記台車上に載置し、レール上を移
動しつつレールへ撒水するようにしたことを特徴とする
