    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上部の入側通路と下部の出側通路と両通路間の中間案内
    通路とを略直列関係に有し入側通路と案内通路間を閉止
    するバルブ体が中間案内通路外のバルブケーシング内に
    開放蒔に待機すべく構成されたゲート又はフラップ型等
    の真空弁を製造粉体搬送経路中に配したものにおいて、
    前記真空弁の開放時に入側通路と出側通路間を直通する
    関係とすべく中間案内通路外周を筒状に遮閉する遮閉ス
    リーブを進退自在に内装したことを特徴とする真空弁つ
    き製造粉体搬送処理装置の内部保護装置。
